  • Mit Engagement setzt du dich für die Zufriedenheit unserer Kundinnen und Kunden ein und sorgst für eine hohe Beratungs- und Servicequalität.
  • Du übernimmst die Leitung des Verkaufsbereichs sowie die fachliche Führung deines Teams.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Niederlassungsleitung stellst du reibungslose Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft sicher.
  • Für die modische und ansprechende Präsentation unseres Sortiments trägst du die Verantwortung.
  • In der individuellen Beratung verbindest du augenoptische Kompetenz mit Stilgefühl und Serviceorientierung.
  • Mit modernster Technik führst du Messungen am Auge durch und erklärst die Ergebnisse verständlich.
  • Dein Fachwissen rund um Kontaktlinsen bringst du aktiv ein oder baust es bei uns weiter aus.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Betreuung unserer Auszubildenden und gibst dein Wissen und deine Erfahrung weiter.
