In een werkplaats komt veel samen: techniek, planning, teamdynamiek, processen en klantverwachtingen. Jij hebt de ervaring, het overzicht en de vaardigheden om alles soepel te laten lopen. Als Hoofd Monteur bij Fietsenwinkel.nl stuur je een team van monteurs aan, zorg je voor kwaliteit en representatie, en ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de werkplaats en de rest van de organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Hoofd Monteur ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige werkplaatsoperatie. Je hebt dezelfde technische kennis als een Senior Monteur, maar combineert dat met leiderschap, structuur en het vermogen om mensen mee te nemen.

✔ Aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van een team van 1 tot 3 FTE monteurs

✔ Zorgdragen voor een optimale werkplaatsplanning en werkverdeling

✔ Zelfstandig uitvoeren van alle (ook complexe) technische werkzaamheden wanneer nodig

✔ Bewaken van de kwaliteit, doorlooptijden en klanttevredenheid

✔ Verantwoordelijk voor orde, netheid, veiligheid en representativiteit van de werkplaats

✔ Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s binnen de winkel én voor andere afdelingen (bijv. klantenservice, logistiek, winkelmanagement)

✔ Overzicht houden over garantieprocessen, retouren, onderdelenstromen en werkplaatsadministratie

✔ Meedenken over procesverbetering, efficiëntie en werkplaatsoptimalisaties

✔ Nieuwe collega’s, stagiairs en leerling monteurs begeleiden en opleiden

✔ Zorgen dat het team samenwerkt, leert en iedere dag beter wordt

Kortom: jij zorgt dat de werkplaats draait als een machine — en dat het team daar trots op kan zijn

Wie ben jij?

✔ Je bent een ervaren Senior Monteur met aantoonbare technische expertise

✔ Je hebt leidinggevende kwaliteiten: je kunt sturen, coachen en overzicht houden

✔ Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het resultaat van het hele team

✔ Je denkt vooruit, signaleert knelpunten en stuurt bij waar nodig

✔ Je communiceert duidelijk en schakelt makkelijk met winkelmanagement en andere afdelingen

✔ Je kunt uitstekend plannen, organiseren en prioriteren

✔ Je bent beschikbaar voor 32–38 uur, inclusief één weekenddag

✔ Je vindt het belangrijk dat de werkplaats veilig, netjes en efficiënt is
