Wil jij je sociale skills ontwikkelen en tegelijkertijd de grootste e-bike winkel naar nieuwe hoogten te brengen? Fietsenwinkel.nl is op zoek naar klantenservicehelden, mensen die weerstand om kunnen toveren in een succeservaring om samen een nieuw serviceteam op te zetten op ons hoofdkantoor in Utrecht.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

✔ Jij bent onze stem richting onze klanten

✔ Je helpt met vragen en denkt mee via Whatsapp, e-mail en telefoon

✔ Je maakt van elk contact een fijn moment waardoor onze klant snel (weer) kan fietsen

✔ Zijn er klachten? Jij pakt ze serieus op, brengt in kaart waar ze vandaan komen, en rapporteert ze op een manier die ons helpt onze service te verbeteren.

✔ Een salaris tussen €2.625 - €3.001 bruto per maand (40 uur;

Wie zoeken wij?

✔ Jou! Je bent een enthousiasteling die 24-40 uur per week beschikbaar is. Deze uren zijn flexibel in te zetten

✔ Je bent empathisch en kan je goed in anderen inleven. Je vindt het belangrijk om tot een goede oplossing te komen en viert een lege inbox aan het eind van de dag!

✔Je bent creatief en je durft! Het is goed als je meedenkt over hoe we nog beter worden, out of the box denkt om onze klant te helpen en iedere dag meer plezier te halen uit je werk

✔ Daarnaast kan je goed samenwerken: samen met de rest van ons binnendienst-team zorg jij voor een optimale klantbeleving

Over Fietsenwinkel.nl

Wij zijn een landelijke e-bike retailer met 6 winkels én een Megastore in Utrecht, maar daarnaast zijn we een ijzersterk e-commerce platform. De e-bike markt is booming: mensen kiezen steeds vaker de e-bike als vervoersmiddel. Dat is ook niet zo gek, want het is gezond, op kortere afstanden vaak sneller dan met de auto en je hoeft je geen zorgen te maken om een parkeerplek. Fietsenwinkel.nl is er om Nederland op de e-bike te krijgen, maar in onze werkplaatsen zijn ook voor onderhoud en reparaties.

We groeien hard en daarom zijn wij op zoek naar nieuwe collega’s die graag mee willen werken aan onze ambitie om de grootste e-bike winkel van Nederland te worden!
