Ben jij de ervaren monteur die elke e-bike perfect weet af te stellen en de werkplaats naar een hoger niveau tilt?

Als ervaren vakman (of -vrouw) weet jij precies wat er nodig is om een werkplaats soepel te laten draaien. Je staat technisch stevig in je schoenen, bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega’s én zorgt dat elke klant met een topservice de deur uit gaat. Bij Fietsenwinkel.nl zoeken we een Senior Monteur die de combinatie van techniek, verantwoordelijkheid en samenwerking leuk vindt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior Monteur ben jij de technische en operationele spil van de werkplaats. Jij kunt alles wat een monteur moet kunnen — en meer. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

✔ Zelfstandig uitvoeren van alle voorkomende technische werkzaamheden, inclusief complexe diagnoses en reparaties ✔ Uitvoeren en bewaken van administratieve processen ✔ Werken met verschillende portals, garantieprocessen en retourafhandelingen ✔ Begeleiden, coachen en opleiden van stagiairs en leerling monteurs richting junior niveau ✔ Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor alle collega’s in de werkplaats ✔ Afstemmen met andere afdelingen (bijv. klantenservice, logistiek, planning) ✔ Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de volledige werkplaats, waaronder: • orde en netheid • planning en werkverdeling • retouren & onderdelenstromen • kwaliteitsbewaking ✔ Meewerken aan verbeteringen in processen en servicekwaliteit

Kortom: jij zorgt dat het werk klopt, loopt en af is — technisch én operationeel.

Wie ben jij?

✔ Je hebt ruime ervaring als (e-bike) monteur en beheerst alle technische werkzaamheden ✔ Je kunt complexe storingen en diagnoses zelfstandig uitvoeren ✔ Je kent garantieprocessen, portals en retourprocedures of pakt deze snel op ✔ Je vindt het leuk om anderen te begeleiden en op te leiden ✔ Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen ✔ Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en houdt van een nette, gestructureerde werkplaats ✔ Je bent beschikbaar voor 32–38 uur, inclusief één weekenddag
