Figen AI est une fintech française, basée au coeur de Paris, spécialisée dans l’intelligence artificielle appliquée à la finance et au patrimoine. Notre architecture multi-agents propriétaire et nos bases de données juridiques et fiscales validées font de Figen AI une référence en matière d’IA verticale dans la WealthTech. En tant que société à mission et mène des projets IA bénévoles pour des acteurs reconnus d'utilité publique.

Nous appliquons l’IA à des cas d’usage concrets dans la finance et la gestion d’épargne. Depuis notre lancement en 2025, nous avons connu une adoption fulgurante grâce à notre approche unique : fiabilité réglementaire, automatisation des tâches complexes, sécurité des données, et intégrations sur-mesure.

Nous comptons plusieurs centaines d’entreprises partenaires, dont plusieurs leaders du marché et acteurs institutionnels. Notre équipe est composée de professionnels reconnus et d’ex-associés de sociétés à succès.

Responsabilités

  • Optimisation des LLM : Affinez des modèles de langage à grande échelle pour des applications spécifiques. Utilisez des frameworks tels que LangChain et Autogen pour développer des solutions sur mesure répondant aux besoins complexes de nos utilisateurs professionnels.
  • Gestion avancée des données : Exploitez de vastes ensembles de données en appliquant des techniques d'apprentissage automatique avancées pour créer des modèles robustes et évolutifs, capables de traiter des informations financières et fiscales complexes.
  • Déploiement en production à grande échelle : Assurez l’implémentation et la surveillance des modèles dans des environnements de production, garantissant leur scalabilité, leur performance et leur fiabilité dans des contextes exigeants.
  • Veille technologique et innovation : En veille permanente sur les dernières avancées en IA, contribuez à maintenir Figen AI à la pointe de l'innovation en intégrant les meilleures pratiques et technologies émergentes pour devancer les besoins du marché.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience technique démontrée : Nous valorisons les réalisations concrètes. Montrez-nous vos contributions techniques via vos commits GitHub, vos performances Kaggle, vos contributions sur Hugging Face, ou autres plateformes.
  • Nous sommes ouverts à la diversité des parcours, que vous soyez issu(e) de l’École 42, de Polytechnique ou d’aucune institution. Les diplômes ne sont pas un pré-requis.
  • Compétences techniques requises : Maîtrise de Laravel, Python, R, SQL, . Expertise dans des frameworks tels que TensorFlow, PyTorch et LangChain. Expérience dans le fine-tuning et l’optimisation des LLM pour des applications spécifiques.
  • La maîtrise du français est un plus.
