Depuis notre lancement en 2025, nous avons connu une adoption fulgurante : fiabilité réglementaire, automatisation des tâches complexes, sécurité des données et intégrations sur-mesure. Nous accompagnons déjà plusieurs centaines d’entreprises, parmi lesquelles des leaders du marché et des acteurs institutionnels.

Aujourd’hui, nous accélérons notre feuille de route produit et ouvrons un stage Stratégie & Business Development pour façonner la prochaine phase de croissance.

Le stage

Tu rejoindras directement le CEO au sein d’une équipe à taille humaine, ultra-apprenante. Ta mission : devenir le bras droit de l’équipe dirigeante pour piloter la croissance, structurer nos nouvelles offres et orchestrer leur mise sur le marché en France et à l'international.

Concrètement, tu auras un rôle hybride mêlant analyse stratégique, pilotage de projets, développement commercial et product marketing. Chaque semaine sera différente : étude d’un marché, modélisation d’un business case, préparation d’un board deck, ou encore conduite d’entretiens avec des prospects clés.

Tes missions

  • Analyse de marché et veille concurrentielle Cartographier les tendances IA/fintech dans la gestion de patrimoine. Identifier de nouveaux segments client et estimer leur potentiel.
  • Modélisation & business planning Construire et challenger les hypothèses de revenus, coûts et pricing. Préparer les business plans à destination des investisseurs et partenaires.
  • Go-to-Market & lancement d’offres Définir la proposition de valeur, le positionnement et la stratégie de distribution. Coordonner la création des supports (pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs).
  • Partenariats & développement commercial Sourcer, qualifier et engager des partenaires stratégiques (banques privées, insuretechs, family offices). Participer aux négociations et au closing des premiers deals.
  • PMO & pilotage de projets transverses Suivre l’avancement des chantiers (roadmap, OKR, budget) et animer les rituels d’équipe. Mettre en place des dashboards pour mesurer l’impact des nouvelles offres.

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant·e en césure ou fin d’études Grande École de commerce ou d’ingénieur (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec…), ou parcours équivalent.
  • Solide culture business : analyse financière, modélisation Excel / G-Sheets, frameworks stratégiques.
  • Fort attrait pour la tech, la fintech et l’IA générative ; tu suis l’actualité et comprends les concepts clés.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial : tu aimes tester, itérer, apprendre vite.
  • Forte curiosité et intérêt dans l'utilisation de modèles LLM au quotidien.
  • Excellentes compétences de communication (écrit/oral) en français et anglais.
