Job Summary

The Securities Custodian Associate Responsible for scanning, renaming and indexing of all of tax declarations, transfer certificate of titles and other vital documents for uploading in THEREFORE system.

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

Scanning of Documents (Tax Declaration, TCT and all Vital documents.

· Ensure that all TCT and TD receives must be scanned

· All scanned documents must be saved in folder.

· Ensure proper renaming and indexing of scanned documents

· All scanned documents must be uploaded in the THEREFORE.

· Performs scanning of all titles and tax declarations received.

· Maintain designated folders where scanned documents are saved.

· Ensure correct renaming and indexing of scanned documents.

· Ensure that all scanned documents are uploaded in the THEREFORE system

SAFEKEEPING AND MONTORING OF ALL TITLES AND TAX DECLARATIONS

· Maintains accurate system recording of all scanned titles and tax declarations.

· Answers queries on scanning and uploading related transactions.Other Functions:

· Assists in title and tax declaration releasing and other related transactions for Securities Custodianship when necessary.

· Acts as back up to the Custodian when needed

Technical Competencies and Skills

• With good oral and written communication skills, • With knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Open Office

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Graduate of any business course
