Finance in Motion is a leading impact asset manager, structuring, managing, and advising on nearly €4 billion in assets across 10 funds—all classified as SFDR Article 9. As an HR Intern or Working Student at Finance in Motion for a duration of minimum 6 months, you will become part of our HR team and get exposure to different areas of HR from day one. Rather than focusing on just one topic, you will support us across recruitment, learning & development, HR operations and different HR projects. You will work with colleagues across our international organization and get the opportunity to understand how HR works in practice in a diverse and fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our recruitment activities, incl. interview coordination and communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support the organization of trainings and learning activities, incl. invitations, registrations and attendance tracking
  • Help prepare and coordinate onboarding activities for new colleagues
  • Support the HR team with employee documentation, incl. drafting reference letters, contracts and maintaining templates
  • Assist with HR data, reporting and our HR systems
  • Support ongoing HR projects and initiatives, giving you exposure to topics such as employee experience, performance, learning, compensation and organizational development
  • Contribute ideas on how we can improve and simplify HR processes
  • Take on additional responsibilities as you grow into the role

What we expect:

  • You are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Economics, Law, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field
  • You are interested in developing your career in Human Resources and want to gain practical experience
  • You enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and cultures
  • You are organized, reliable and comfortable coordinating several topics at the same time
  • You have a hands-on attitude and are not afraid to take ownership of smaller tasks and projects
  • You work accurately and understand that confidentiality is essential when working in HR
  • You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • You have very good communication skills in English and German; another language would be an advantage
  • Previous HR experience is welcome but not required. What matters most is your curiosity and willingness to learn.
