Como Analista de Inteligencia Comercial, te esperan desafíos vinculados a transformar información de mercado en insights estratégicos que impulsen el desarrollo del negocio, acompañando la definición de oportunidades comerciales y la toma de decisiones basada en datos.

📝 ¿QUÉ DESAFÍOS TE ESPERAN?

• Analizar el mercado, la competencia y las principales tendencias de la industria, identificando oportunidades que contribuyan al crecimiento y posicionamiento de la compañía.

• Generar insights estratégicos y análisis de valor que permitan acompañar la toma de decisiones comerciales y el desarrollo de nuevos negocios, aportando información que permita responder a las necesidades y oportunidades del mercado.

• Evaluar oportunidades de alianzas comerciales, nuevos mercados y startups, aportando una visión analítica que fortalezca la estrategia de crecimiento.

• Colaborar en la definición de segmentos de clientes, mercados potenciales y estrategias de captación, contribuyendo a una gestión comercial más eficiente.

• Desarrollar reportes e indicadores comerciales que faciliten el seguimiento de resultados y la identificación de oportunidades de mejora.

• Impulsar iniciativas de automatización.

Requisitos

Buscamos una persona con perfil interpersonal sólido para generar y sostener vínculos, orientada a resultados y con capacidad para aprender y proponer ajustes que potencien el negocio.

  • Capacidad para analizar desvíos y proponer planes de acción. Buscamos proactividad y orientación a resultados: queremos que aportes ideas y acciones que generen impacto.
  • Habilidades de gestión de información, generando informes claros y útiles.
  • Colaboración y trabajo en equipo, para potenciar la sinergia con otras áreas.
  • Perfil con capacidad de aprendizaje, adaptabilidad y apertura al cambio.

Nos imaginamos personas que provengan de las carreras de Economía, Relaciones Internacionales, Contador Público, Administración de Empresas, y afines. Será un plus contar con maestria o posgrado vinculado a las finanzas.

Valoraremos que tengas experiencia trabajando en empresas del sector financiero o los agronegocios, aunque no es excluyente.
