Únete a GIIC Fineco y forma parte del área de Cumplimiento Normativo de una gestora de fondos en crecimiento dentro del Grupo Kutxabank, desempeñando un papel clave en la protección de la entidad frente a los riesgos regulatorios y de cumplimiento. Buscamos un/a profesional con sólida experiencia en funciones de Compliance dentro del sector financiero, especialmente en SGIIC o SV, capaz de aportar criterio técnico, autonomía y visión de mejora continua, colaborando estrechamente con las distintas áreas de negocio y con los organismos supervisores.

Responsabilidades

Integrándose en el área de Cumplimiento Normativo, la persona seleccionada contribuirá al mantenimiento y fortalecimiento del sistema de control interno de la Sociedad Gestora, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa aplicable a una gestora de instituciones de inversión colectiva y promoviendo una sólida cultura de cumplimiento.

Entre sus principales funciones se encuentran:

  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de la normativa aplicable a la entidad (CNMV, MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD, EMIR, SFDR, Reglamento de Abuso de Mercado, Protección de Datos y demás normativa financiera aplicable).
  • Identificar, analizar e implementar las novedades regulatorias, definiendo y coordinando los planes de adaptación necesarios.
  • Elaborar, revisar y actualizar políticas, procedimientos y controles internos de cumplimiento normativo.
  • Diseñar, ejecutar y monitorizar el Plan Anual de Cumplimiento Normativo, realizando controles periódicos y proponiendo medidas correctoras cuando resulte necesario.
  • Asesorar y dar soporte a las distintas áreas de negocio y operativas en materia regulatoria y de cumplimiento.
  • Revisar nuevos productos, procesos e iniciativas desde la perspectiva de Compliance, identificando riesgos regulatorios y proponiendo medidas mitigadoras.
  • Coordinar la gestión de conflictos de interés, normas de conducta, operaciones personales, incentivos y demás obligaciones de conducta de mercado.
  • Elaborar informes periódicos para la Alta Dirección, el Consejo de Administración y los órganos de control interno.
  • Gestionar las relaciones con organismos supervisores, atendiendo requerimientos e inspecciones de la CNMV y otros reguladores.
  • Servir de nexo en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con el ámbito de Cumplimiento Normativo.
  • Impulsar acciones de formación y sensibilización interna para reforzar la cultura de cumplimiento en la organización.
  • Colaborar de forma transversal con las funciones de Gestión de Riesgos, Auditoría Interna y Prevención de Blanqueo de Capitales.
  • Facilitar relaciones con las unidades especializadas en Cumplimiento Normativo dentro del Grupo Fineco y el Grupo Kutxabank en la materia de aplicación para una mayor coordinación

Competencias requeridas

  • Elevado rigor técnico y orientación al detalle.
  • Capacidad analítica y de interpretación normativa.
  • Proactividad y orientación a la mejora continua.
  • Habilidades de comunicación e interlocución con diferentes áreas de la organización y organismos supervisores.
  • Compromiso ético, confidencialidad e integridad profesional.
  • Capacidad de planificación, organización y trabajo en equipo.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Excel, y experiencia con herramientas de seguimiento y control de Compliance.

Formación

  • Grado o Licenciatura en Derecho, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas o titulaciones afines.
  • Se valorará formación de posgrado o certificaciones especializadas en Compliance, Regulatory Compliance o Corporate Governance.

Idiomas

  • Inglés avanzado (mínimo nivel B2/C1).

Experiencia

Se requiere una experiencia laboral mínima de 5 años en funciones de Cumplimiento Normativo dentro de sociedades gestoras de instituciones de inversión colectiva (SGIIC), entidades financieras, entidades de servicios de inversión o firmas de consultoría especializadas en regulación financiera.

Se valorará especialmente experiencia en:

  • Entorno regulatorio de gestoras de fondos y sociedades de inversión.
  • Relación con la CNMV y otros organismos supervisores.
  • Implantación de proyectos regulatorios y adaptación a nuevas normativas.
  • Elaboración de informes para órganos de gobierno y comités de cumplimiento.
