Descripción del puesto

Desde el Departamento de Soporte Comercial buscamos incorporar una persona para nuestra oficina de Vitoria, que dará soporte al equipo de banqueros privados de la región.

El Departamento de Soporte Comercial desempeña un papel clave en el correcto funcionamiento operativo, comercial y organizativo de la actividad diaria, así como en la atención al cliente y el apoyo directo a los banqueros privados.

Funciones principales

La persona seleccionada desarrollará, entre otras, las siguientes funciones:

  1. Soporte a los banqueros privados en operativa y atención al cliente
  • Gestión de altas de clientes y documentación asociada.
  • Cumplimiento de procedimientos internos y normativos (PBC).
  • Apoyo en la gestión de testamentarías y otros requerimientos legales del cliente, en coordinación con los departamentos correspondientes.
  • Soporte operativo: órdenes, reembolsos y otras gestiones administrativas.
  • Apoyo a los banqueros en la gestión del cliente en función de sus necesidades: operativa, simulaciones, etc. Resolución de consultas y apoyo en gestiones habituales en coordinación con el resto del equipo de Soporte.

2. Mantenimiento oficina

  • Organización y control de provisiones y material de oficina.
  • Gestión de agendas, citas y salas de reuniones.
  • Preparación de salas (equipamiento, material y reporting de necesidades).
  • Gestión de merchandising con servicios centrales.

3. Soporte a eventos corporativos

Perfil requerido

  • Grado universitario (preferiblemente en áreas económicas, empresariales o financieras).
  • Experiencia profesional mínima de 3-5 años.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en el sector financiero y certificación básica MIFID.
  • Clara vocación de servicio y orientación al cliente.
  • Alta capacidad de organización, planificación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Persona proactiva, resolutiva y con atención al detalle.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial.
