Your Role

Als Lead/ Head of Group Accounting (m/w/d) steuerst Du die strategische Ausrichtung und operative Exzellenz unseres Rechnungswesens und baust das Group Accounting Team maßgeblich aus. Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die fristgerechte Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses nach IFRS, treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Reportingprozesse sowie IFRS Policies voran und agierst als strategischer Sparringspartner für den CFO. In dieser Schlüsselrolle prägst Du entscheidend die finanzielle Governance, Compliance und die Expansionsfähigkeit von FINN.

Your Mission

  • Konzernrechnungslegung & Reporting leiten: Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für die fristgerechte und ordnungsgemäße Erstellung der monatlichen, quartalsweisen Konzernabschlüsse der FINN-Gruppe (IFRS, wird aktuell von HGB umgestellt) vor allem Anhang.
  • IFRS-Framework & Policies skalieren: Du verantwortest die strategische Weiterentwicklung und konsequente konzernweite Durchsetzung unseres IFRS-Rechnungslegungsstandards (inklusive komplexer Themen wie IFRS 16 Leasing und IFRS 9 Finanzinstrumente). Erfahrung mit ABS-Strukturen sind ein Plus
  • Konsolidierung: Du verantwortest die Konsolidierung unseres Reporting über alle Konzerngesellschaften hinweg.
  • Audit & Externe Stakeholder steuern: Du arbeitest mit internationalen Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften, Aufsichtsbehörden und externen Berater:innen und vertrittst die FINN-Gruppe souverän in IFRS-Prüfungs- und Bilanzierungsfragen.
  • Systeme & Prozesstransformation treiben: Du unterstützt die Implementierung und Optimierung einer hoch-skalierbarer Systemlandschaften zur Maximierung des Automatisierungsgrads im Financial Reporting.
  • Teamaufbau & Engineering Führung: Du baust das Group Accounting Team strukturiert auf, führst und entwickelst deine Mitarbeiter:innen fachlich wie persönlich weiter und förderst eine Performance- sowie Entwicklungskultur im Team

Your Profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Finanzen (idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Qualifikation als Wirtschaftsprüfer:in).
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung (8+ Jahre) und nachgewiesener Track Record in einer namhaften Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (Big4 ist ein Plus) oder im Group Accounting / Konzernrechnungswesen eines internationalen Konzern / Scale-ups.
  • Umfassende Exzellenz und nachgewiesene Expertise in der bilanztechnischen Abbildung von IFRS (unter anderem IFRS 16 und komplexe Finanzinstrumente nach IFRS 9).
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1/C2-Niveau) gepaart mit herausragenden Kommunikationseigenschaften.
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Führung von Finance-Teams im dynamischen Hyper-Growth- oder Startup-Umfeld.
  • Umfassende Anwendererfahrung mit LucaNet. Erfahrung mit SAP S4 Hana ist ein Plus.
