Als Senior Hauptbuchhalter (m/w/d) bist du das Rückgrat unseres Finanzwesens und treibst die Skalierbarkeit unserer Hauptbuchhaltung maßgeblich voran. In unserer modernen SAP S/4HANA-Umgebung übernimmst du die Verantwortung für komplexe Abschlussprozesse, sicherst eine makellose Datenqualität unserer Subsysteme und gestaltest Intercompany-Workflows. Mit deiner Accounting-Expertise transformierst du klassische Buchhaltung in hochautomatisierte, zukunftssichere Finanzprozesse und legst das Fundament für FINNs weltweites Wachstum.

Your Mission

  • Master the General Ledger: Du führst und stimmst die Hauptbücher eigenverantwortlich für ausgewählte Gesellschaften ab und garantierst eine lückenlose, rechtssichere Buchführung nach HGB.
  • Drive financial closings: Du treibst die Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen proaktiv voran und agierst als kompetente Schnittstelle bei Audits sowie steuerlichen Prüfungen.
  • Optimize data & automation: Du sicherst die Datenqualität zwischen operativen Subsystemen und dem Hauptbuch und hebst durch gezielte Kontrollen neue Automatisierungspotenziale.
  • Manage complex structures: Du betreust komplexe Finanzinstrumente und treibst Sonderprojekte, wie beispielsweise die Bilanzierung von ABS-Strukturen oder Forderungsverkäufen, erfolgreich voran.
  • Streamline intercompany workflows: Du verantwortest die reibungslose Abstimmung und Verrechnung zwischen unseren Gesellschaften und etablierst effiziente, konzernweite Finanzprozesse.
  • Ensure compliance & guidelines: Du stellst die strikte Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften sowie unserer internen Richtlinien sicher und agierst als verlässlicher Sparringspartner im Team.

Your Profile

  • Fundierte Accounting-Expertise: Langjährige, praxiserprobte Berufserfahrung in der Hauptbuchhaltung (General Ledger), idealerweise erworben in einem dynamischen Finanzdienstleistungs-, Fintech- oder Scale-up-Umfeld.
  • Starke HGB- & Sonderstruktur-Kenntnisse: Fundiertes Fachwissen in der Bilanzierung nach HGB sowie nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Betreuung komplexer Finanzinstrumente (z. B. ABS-Strukturen oder Forderungsverkauf) gepaart mit einem passenden Studium oder einer Qualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK).
  • System- & ERP-Affinität: Fundierte Erfahrung in der Anwendung und Optimierung moderner ERP-Systeme (vorzugsweise SAP S/4HANA) sowie eine stark analytische, strukturierte und zahlenaffine Arbeitsweise.
  • Lösungsorientierte Kommunikationsstärke: Ausgeprägter Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte präzise zu vermitteln – auf Deutsch (min. B2) sowie mit guten, sicheren Englischkenntnissen.
  • IFRS-Kenntnisse: Erste praktische Berührungspunkte oder fundierte Kenntnisse in der internationalen Bilanzierung nach IFRS.
  • Prozessautomatisierung: Erfahrung in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit Product- oder Tech-Teams zur Automatisierung von Schnittstellen und Finanz-Subsystemen.
