Du bringst neue Technologien in ein Umfeld, das offen für Veränderung ist und Mut zu neuen Wegen erwartet. Zur weiteren Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Berlin suchen wir ab sofort eine:n:

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst, testest und optimierst neue AI-Komponenten für die Automatisierung von Finanzdienstleistungsprozessen.
  • Du programmierst in Python und arbeitest an Datenextraktion, Dokumenten- und Textverarbeitung mit Machine Learning und insbesondere GenAI.
  • Du entwickelst agentische Ansätze für die Verarbeitung von Unterlagen im Kreditantragsprozess.
  • Du testest bestehende AI-Systeme, analysierst ihre Performance und optimierst sie kontinuierlich.
  • Du setzt Microservices und REST-Schnittstellen um und unterstützt, je nach Profil, die Integration von AI-Komponenten in bestehende Softwareanwendungen.

Du bietest

  • Abschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung mit Python unter Linux sowie Vertrautheit mit gängigen Entwicklungstools wie Git und AI-gestütztem Coding
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung produktionsreifer Machine-Learning- und insbesondere GenAI-Lösungen (Ollama, LangChain, open and closed models) sowie in agentischen Workflows (MCP, RAG)
  • Erfahrung in Test und Optimierung von AI-Systemen für eine zuverlässige Prozessautomatisierung
  • Motivation, Eigenverantwortung und Freude daran, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau B2 (GER), idealerweise durch ein anerkanntes Zertifikat belegt

Nice to have:

  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Deep Learning und NLP, NER, Data-Augmentation-Techniken und Finetuning
  • Erfahrung mit Anwendungsfällen in der Dokumentenverarbeitung und/oder im Finanzdienstleistungssektor
  • Weitere Fähigkeiten für die End-to-End-Integration von AI-Komponenten, zum Beispiel Frontend-Fähigkeiten, Schnittstellenintegration oder Erfahrung mit Java
