Bankkaufmann / Bankfachwirt (m/w/d) als Consultant Kreditgeschäft

Kredite digital, Kunden zufrieden, Prozesse einfach: Genau daran arbeitest du bei uns jeden Tag. Als Consultant Kreditgeschäft (m/w/d) bringst du Sparkassen und Landesbanken mit unserer Software im Kreditgeschäft spürbar weiter – fachlich fundiert und nah am Kunden.

Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Softwarelösungen im Kreditgeschäft.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Beratung und Support unserer Kunden (insbesondere Sparkassen und Landesbanken) bei spezifischen Fragestellungen zur Nutzung von Softwarelösungen im Kreditgeschäft
  • Umsetzen der bankfachlichen Anforderungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der jeweiligen Finanzierungsprozesse unserer Kunden
  • Beschreibung von Use Cases und Durchführung fachlicher Tests
  • Erstellen von Schulungsunterlagen sowie Überprüfen und Anpassen der Produkt- und Anwenderdokumentationen
  • Durchführen von Schulungen
  • Unterstützen der Kunden bei Updates im Rahmen von Releasewechseln

Du bietest

  • Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann/zur Bankkauffrau bzw. Weiterbildung zum/zur Bankfachwirt/in, idealerweise im Sparkassenumfeld
  • Gutes Verständnis für Anforderungen aus dem Kredit- und Baufinanzierungsgeschäft sowie für betriebswirtschaftliche und technische Fragestellungen
  • Hohe IT-Affinität, z. B. bei der Administration von Kreditanwendungen
  • Kreativität und Freude an der Konzeption neuer Lösungen
  • Gutes Verständnis für fachliche Sachverhalte und die Fähigkeit, diese verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Kundenorientierte Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift sowie professionelles Auftreten
  • Flexibilität, Leistungsbereitschaft und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft
