The posting

This is what you’ll actually do! As Quality Manufacturing Shift Lead, you’ll take ownership for the day-to-day leadership and performance of our Quality function, creating clarity around priorities and ensuring the team has the capability and support needed to succeed. You’ll lead our approach to quality systems, GMP, auditing and compliance, using quality data and structured problem solving to identify opportunities and continually improve performance. You’ll be a key technical escalation point for the operation and play an important role in responding to quality incidents and non-conformances, ensuring effective investigation and corrective action. You’ll also support customer, third-party and regulatory audits, champion strong audit readiness and work collaboratively across the site to ensure quality and operational performance go hand in hand. Just as importantly, you’ll coach and develop your team, creating a culture where people take ownership, understand what good looks like and are encouraged to continuously improve. Ideally this is you!

Experienced within a Quality or Technical Leadership role in food manufacturing or FMCG. A confident people leader who can coach, develop, and get the best from a team. Strong knowledge of food safety, quality management systems, GMP and industry standards. Experienced in auditing, root cause analysis and corrective action management. Comfortable using data and insight to identify issues and drive improvements. A strong communicator who can collaborate, influence, and constructively challenge at all levels. HACCP and internal/Lead Auditor qualifications would be advantageous, as would experience within bakery or high-care manufacturing.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
