Buscamos a alguien que entienda que el análisis de riesgos financieros en una AFP no se trata solo de mirar planillas de Excel al final del mes para ver qué pasó, sino de monitorear el mercado en tiempo real para anticiparse a lo que viene. Su objetivo principal será apoyar directamente a la Gerencia de Riesgos en la identificación, evaluación, monitoreo y reporte de los riesgos financieros (mercado, crédito y liquidez) de los fondos, asegurando que los controles que diseñemos sean efectivos y que los equipos de primera línea (como Inversiones y Finanzas) tengan las herramientas y metodologías adecuadas para gestionar sus posiciones con seguridad. Es la contraparte técnica independiente de Inversiones.

Nos importa encontrar a una persona con un conocimiento sólido y práctico de los procesos operativos y de inversión de una AFP. Queremos a alguien analítico/a, riguroso/a y con iniciativa, que disfrute de desarmar problemas complejos de volatilidad, concentración y liquidez, y que tenga las habilidades para traducirlos en controles claros que mitiguen el riesgo sin frenar la agilidad del negocio.

Qué harás

  • Monitoreo y Matrices de Riesgo: Colaborar activamente en la actualización constante de las matrices y mapas de riesgos financieros, documentando con precisión las exposiciones, amenazas y controles relacionados con riesgos de mercado, crédito y liquidez.
  • Evaluación de Nuevas Estrategias: Realizar evaluaciones técnicas de riesgos financieros enfocadas en proyectos de inversión, nuevos instrumentos o productos financieros, y cambios en la estrategia de inversiones de la AFP.
  • Diseño de Indicadores (KRIs): Diseñar, implementar y dar seguimiento a los indicadores clave de riesgo financiero (KRI), estableciendo umbrales de alerta temprana para variables críticas como volatilidad, límites de concentración, VaR (Value at Risk), CVar y ratios de liquidez.
  • Soporte a la Primera Línea: Apoyar a los equipos de inversiones y finanzas en el co-diseño de controles mitigantes que sean realmente efectivos en el día a día para sus exposiciones financieras.
  • Seguimiento Regulatorio: Realizar un seguimiento riguroso a los planes de acción comprometidos a partir de auditorías internas, externas u observaciones de los entes reguladores vinculadas a la gestión de riesgos financieros.

Qué buscamos

Indispensable

  • Profesional titulado/a, de preferencia de la carrera de Contaduría Auditoría, Ingeniería Comercial, Civil Industrial o afines con una sólida base analítica y financiera.
  • Experiencia acumulada mínima de 3 años trabajando en gestión de riesgos financieros o control de inversiones dentro del sistema de AFP, AGF, compañías de seguros o bancos.
  • Conocimiento real y práctico de los procesos operativos de una AFP, especialmente aquellos ligados a la mesa de inversiones, custodia y valorización de fondos.
  • Familiaridad y comprensión de conceptos financieros clave (VaR, riesgo de mercado, riesgo emisor/crédito, brechas de liquidez y límites regulatorios del DL 3.500).
  • Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y excelentes habilidades para trabajar en equipo con perfiles altamente técnicos.

Deseable

  • Interés o estudios iniciales orientados a certificaciones de la industria (como niveles de CFA, FRM o similares).
  • Experiencia participando en la automatización de reportes de riesgo financiero o en la mejora de procesos de control de inversiones.
  • Comodidad utilizando herramientas modernas de análisis de datos (SQL, Python) o asistentes de IA para optimizar la reportería, el procesamiento de métricas o el análisis documental regulatorio.
