El rol

Buscamos a alguien que no vea el riesgo operacional como un papeleo aburrido o una lista de checkmarks, sino como la oportunidad de entender el mapa completo de cómo funciona una empresa para hacerla más eficiente y segura. Tu objetivo principal será apoyar a la Gerencia de Riesgos en la identificación, evaluación, monitoreo y reporte de los riesgos operacionales, tecnológicos y reputacionales. Queremos que ayudes a que los equipos de primera línea (operaciones, servicio al cliente, tecnología, etc.) cuenten con las herramientas y metodologías necesarias para gestionar sus propios riesgos sin perder agilidad.

El foco está en el diseño de procesos robustos desde la base y en el aprendizaje continuo: serás responsable de mapear alertas, hacer seguimiento a planes correctivos y desarmar los eventos de riesgo que lleguen a ocurrir para entender la causa raíz, sacar lecciones aprendidas y evitar que vuelvan a pasar.

Qué harás

  • Matrices de riesgos: Colaborar activamente en la actualización constante de las matrices y mapas de riesgos operacionales, tecnológicos y reputacionales de la AFP.
  • Evaluación en Proyectos: Realizar evaluaciones de riesgo operacional ante nuevos proyectos, lanzamientos o cambios organizacionales, emitiendo opiniones técnicas claras sobre su viabilidad y las medidas de mitigación necesarias.
  • Diseño de Indicadores (KRIs): Diseñar e implementar indicadores clave de riesgo operacional (KRI), definiendo umbrales de alerta y sistemas de monitoreo continuo para anticiparte a las fallas.
  • Controles: Apoyar directamente a las áreas operativas en la creación y puesta en marcha de controles que sean realmente efectivos, prácticos y automatizables en el día a día.
  • Continuidad de negocio: Mantener el plan de continuidad de negocio y coordinar sus pruebas periódicas con Tecnología y el CISO.
  • Seguimiento: Hacer un seguimiento riguroso y ordenado a los planes de acción derivados de auditorías internas, auditorías externas y observaciones de la Superintendencia de Pensiones.
  • Análisis: Investigar a fondo los eventos de riesgo operacional que ocurran, documentando las causas raíz, los impactos reales y las lecciones aprendidas para generar aprendizaje organizacional.

Qué buscamos

Indispensable

  • Profesional titulado/a, de preferencia de la carrera de Contaduría Auditoría, Ingeniería Industrial o afines con orientación al control de procesos.
  • Experiencia acumulada mínima de 3 años en áreas de control interno, gestión de riesgos u operaciones dentro del sistema de AFP en Chile.
  • Conocimiento real y detallado del funcionamiento operativo y los procesos críticos de una AFP (administración de cuentas, recaudación, beneficios, etc.).
  • Capacidad para desarmar un proceso, identificar dónde se puede romper (puntos de falla) y proponer soluciones lógicas.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación para trabajar de la mano con líderes de distintas áreas y entender sus flujos operativos.

Deseable

  • Experiencia interactuando con matrices de riesgo tecnológico, ciberseguridad o continuidad de negocio.
  • Participación previa en proyectos de mejora continua, rediseño de procesos o levantamiento de operaciones desde cero (greenfield).
  • Comodidad usando herramientas digitales modernas, gestores de tareas y automatizaciones o asistentes de IA para documentar procesos, analizar causas raíz o procesar datos de eventos de riesgo de forma eficiente.
