Buscamos a alguien con experiencia en el Régimen de Inversión de los Fondos de Pensiones y en cómo se controla en la práctica: límites por instrumento, emisor, grupo empresarial, moneda, clasificación de riesgo y país, incluida la inversión indirecta. Alguien que sabe qué pasa cuando hay un exceso, cómo se distingue un exceso activo de uno pasivo, y cómo y en qué plazo se regulariza. Esa persona que sabe qué posición está cerca de un tope antes de que nadie más lo note.

Tu misión será asegurar que los Fondos cumplan en todo momento sus límites legales y de política interna. Partimos operando con el nuevo Régimen de Inversión de los Fondos Generacionales, así que vas a construir ese control desde cero junto a ingeniería, para que sea automático, trazable y sin cabos sueltos. No necesitas programar, pero sí hablar el mismo idioma que el equipo tech y traducir el Régimen de Inversión en reglas de negocio claras.

Qué harás

  • Control: Supervisar el monitoreo automático del cumplimiento de los límites legales y de política interna de cada Fondo, antes y después de cada operación, incluida la inversión indirecta. Ejecutar directamente el análisis de alertas y excesos.
  • Gestión de excesos: Identificar, documentar y reportar oportunamente los excesos, coordinar con Inversiones los planes de regularización y hacerles seguimiento hasta su cierre.
  • Reportería: Preparar los informes de control de límites para el Comité de Inversiones, el Directorio y la Superintendencia de Pensiones.
  • Traducción de Requerimientos: Documentar cada límite como regla de negocio (fórmula, fuente de datos, umbral de alerta) para que ingeniería construya un motor de control confiable.
  • Co-diseño con Tecnología: Colaborar con el equipo tech en el diseño, la validación y el testeo de los sistemas de control de inversiones.
  • Mejora Continua: Estar al tanto de los cambios normativos y de política, incorporarlos al sistema, proponer automatizaciones y priorizar cuáles hacer primero.
  • Enlace: Coordinar con Riesgos, Auditoría Interna y Operación de Fondos las revisiones de control, y apoyar las interacciones con la Superintendencia de Pensiones en materia de límites.

Qué buscamos

Indispensable

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en control de límites de inversión, middle office o cumplimiento de inversiones en una AFP o AGF en Chile.
  • Conocimiento práctico y detallado del DL 3.500 y del Régimen de Inversión de los Fondos de Pensiones.
  • Experiencia gestionando excesos de inversión, desde su detección hasta su regularización.
  • Experiencia implementando o adaptando controles frente a un cambio normativo.
  • Capacidad demostrada para documentar reglas y procesos complejos de forma clara y estructurada.
  • Gran afinidad con herramientas tecnológicas y disposición genuina a trabajar de cerca con equipos de ingeniería de software.

Deseable

  • Experiencia en el área de inversiones de una AFP.
  • Formación en ingeniería comercial o civil.
  • Conocimiento del nuevo Régimen de Inversión de los Fondos Generacionales (Ley 21.735).
  • Experiencia con sistemas de control de límites o con sistemas de órdenes que hagan chequeo previo a la operación.
  • Conocimiento de activos alternativos, derivados y look-through de fondos.
  • Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles o experiencia trabajando inserto/a en equipos de desarrollo.
