Salário: R$ 4.089,06

Atividades a serem desenvolvidas:

Responsável pelo suporte no recebimento, distribuição, digitação, digitalização, arquivamento e controle de documentos, atendimento telefônico, compilação de dados, elaboração de relatórios e apoio no atendimento às auditorias internas e externas dos projetos e programas de financiamentos externos, de âmbito nacional, de esfera pública e privada e de recursos provenientes do Termo de Execução Descentralizado (TED) de Órgãos públicos e/ou da Lei de Orçamento Anual (LOA) geridos pela Fundação para o Desenvolvimento Cientifico e Tecnológico em Saúde (FIOTEC).

Conhecimentos e cursos importantes para o desenvolvimento das atividades:

  • Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas, organização e controle de documentos e arquivos;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel, Word e Outlook;
  • Diferencial: superior em andamento nas áreas de Administração, Contabilidade, Economia e áreas afins;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão documental, sistemas informatizados e plataformas de compartilhamento de arquivos;
  • Desejável conhecimento em controles administrativos e financeiros, organização de comprovantes e elaboração de relatórios;
  • Desejável familiaridade com sistemas ERP e plataformas de gestão institucional;
  • Desejável experiência com organização de documentos financeiros, conferência de comprovantes ou apoio a processos de prestação de contas;
  • Experiência mínima de 6 meses em atividades administrativas, envolvendo organização e controle de documentos, alimentação de planilhas, elaboração de documentos, atendimento interno e suporte operacional a equipes.
