Atividades a serem desenvolvidas:

Responsável pelo suporte operacional das atividades/processos referentes a condução e acompanhamento de todos os processos de compras e contratações de serviços, em suas diversas modalidades, e das atividades de logística e de comércio exterior, no âmbito da Fundação para o Desenvolvimento Científico Tecnológico em Saúde (Fiotec), no Escritório Brasília, junto aos coordenadores dos programas e projetos da Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (Fiocruz) apoiados e fornecedores, visando contribuir com cumprimento dos processos de aquisições e contratações demandados conforme prazos estabelecidos e/ou acordados.

Conhecimentos e cursos importantes para o desenvolvimento das atividades:

  • Desejável ensino superior em curso nas áreas de: Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Direito, Relações Internacionais, Comércio Exterior, Logística ou em áreas afins;
  • Desejável conhecimento em sistemas integrados de gestão, ferramentas de Business Intelligence (BI);
  • Desejável inglês em nível básico, especialmente para apoio às rotinas de comércio exterior;
  • Desejável experiência em atividades administrativas, suprimentos, compras, contratações, logística e/ou comércio exterior, preferencialmente com acompanhamento de processos, atendimento a fornecedores, controle de documentos, conferência de notas fiscais e elaboração de relatórios em planilhas eletrônicas;
  • Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas, compras, contratações de serviços, logística e/ou comércio exterior;
  • Conhecimento em conferência de notas fiscais, pedidos de compras, documentação cadastral e acompanhamento de processos junto a fornecedores;
  • Conhecimento básico em legislação tributária aplicada à emissão, conferência e regularização de documentos fiscais;
  • Pacote Office em nível intermediário, com ênfase em Excel para elaboração e acompanhamento de planilhas e relatórios.
