We are a fast-growing Marketing & F&B group leading premium spirits culture and high-impact marketing events for baijiu brands. As the exclusive owner of R&B Grill Bar, we combine bold concepts with culinary excellence led by Michelin-starred Chef Benson Tong. We aim to expand to 5 outlets by 2027, creating a lifestyle brand around modern Asian dining and baijiu culture.

Job Summary

Join our new baijiu-forward cocktail bar at Capitol Piazza as Service Crew, delivering warm, confident guest service and supporting bar and kitchen teams to create memorable experiences in a premium, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and host guests warmly and confidently to create a positive first impression
  • Guide guests through baijiu cocktails, food menus, and pairing recommendations to enhance their experience
  • Take and process orders accurately, serve drinks and food promptly, and maintain smooth floor operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and table standards consistently throughout service
  • Collaborate effectively with bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Create memorable guest experiences from greeting to final service interaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrate hospitality, reliability, and professional grooming standards
  • Communicate clearly in English to engage guests and team members
  • Show interest in cocktails, baijiu, or Chinese spirits; training will be provided
  • Adapt to working evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • Prior experience in F&B is preferred but not essential; positive attitude and personality are valued
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium bar environment
  • Hold valid work authorization in Singapore
