Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: S$2,200–S$3,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) Nationality: Singaporeans, Malaysians and other eligible candidates are welcome to apply.

Job Description

We are looking for friendly, hardworking and responsible service crew members to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, good customer service skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
  • Take customer orders accurately and explain menu items.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Handle cashier duties and customer payments when required.
  • Prepare tables before service and clear tables after customers finish.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
  • Follow restaurant service standards and food safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Friendly, polite, presentable and customer-oriented.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
  • Previous restaurant or F&B experience is an advantage.
  • Fresh candidates are welcome to apply if they have the right attitude.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
