Logistics Operations Specialist First Few Years | Singapore | Full-time | SGD 5,000 per month

About us First Few Years has been one of Singapore’s trusted names in baby and maternity products since 1989. We carry leading international brands such as Bugaboo, BabyBjörn, Babyzen and Mountain Buggy alongside our own product lines. We sell through our website, firstfewyears.com.sg, and through marketplaces including Shopee and Lazada.

The role You will run our day-to-day logistics, from stock arriving from brands and suppliers to orders reaching parents’ doors. You will make sure products are in stock, orders go out quickly and accurately, and deliveries arrive in perfect condition. In our business that matters a great deal, because a delayed pram or a damaged car seat lands on a family preparing for a new baby.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and coordinate inbound shipments from international brands and overseas suppliers, working with freight forwarders on bookings, documentation and delivery schedules.
  • Handle import clearance: cargo permits, HS codes, GST on imports and supporting documents.
  • Manage inventory in our warehouse management system (eWMS): receiving, stock counts, stock accuracy and reorder alerts across a range of more than 200 SKUs.
  • Oversee order fulfilment for our website, Shopee and Lazada, making sure orders are picked, packed and dispatched within platform deadlines.
  • Unloading of containers
  • Coordinate last-mile delivery with courier and delivery partners, including bulky items such as strollers, car seats and cots.
  • Make sure stock is ready for product launches, sales campaigns and peak periods such as 11.11, 12.12 and baby fairs.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, warranty items and delivery issues with customers, couriers and brands.
  • Check freight and courier invoices, track logistics costs and transit times, and find ways to lower costs and speed up delivery.

What we’re looking for

  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years in logistics, warehousing or e-commerce fulfilment, preferably in retail or consumer products.
  • Working knowledge of Singapore import procedures (TradeNet permits, GST on imports).
  • Experience with a WMS and with Shopee or Lazada seller fulfilment.
  • Strong Excel skills and close attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator in English. Mandarin is an advantage, for liaising with overseas suppliers.
  • Calm under pressure during peak sales periods
