Forma parte de una operación industrial de gran relevancia en Panamá, donde tendrás la oportunidad de contribuir directamente a la confiabilidad, disponibilidad y desempeño de una flota minera. Buscamos un profesional apasionado por el análisis de datos, la mejora continua y la optimización de estrategias de mantenimiento, capaz de generar impacto en la productividad y sostenibilidad de la operación.

Objetivo del cargo

Asegurar y mejorar la confiabilidad de los equipos de la flota minera mediante el análisis de desempeño, la identificación de fallas, la implementación de estrategias de mantenimiento y la ejecución de iniciativas de mejora continua que maximicen la disponibilidad de los activos y contribuyan al cumplimiento de los objetivos operacionales del negocio.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Minera, Industrial o afines.
  • Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de equipos móviles pesados.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia específica en roles de Confiabilidad (Reliability) dentro de operaciones mineras a cielo abierto.
  • Experiencia en análisis de fallas, mejora de confiabilidad y optimización de estrategias de mantenimiento.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en metodologías RCA, RCFA, FMEA, FMECA y RCM.
  • Experiencia trabajando con indicadores de desempeño como MTBF, MTTR y disponibilidad de equipos.
  • Manejo de sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento (CMMS), preferiblemente SAP, JDE, Pronto o similares.
  • Capacidad para analizar información técnica y convertirla en planes de acción orientados a resultados.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo altos estándares de seguridad industrial.

Requisitos deseables

  • Certificación o estudios en CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional).
  • Experiencia con equipos mineros de gran tamaño como camiones, palas hidráulicas, perforadoras y cargadores.
  • Dominio intermedio o avanzado del idioma inglés.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de mantenimiento.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Analizar fallas, riesgos y desempeño para mejorar la confiabilidad de la flota.
  • Implementar y optimizar estrategias de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo.
  • Aplicar metodologías RCA, RCFA, FMEA, FMECA, RCM, Pareto y Cinco Porqués.
  • Monitorear indicadores de confiabilidad y brindar soporte técnico a mantenimiento y operaciones.
  • Liderar iniciativas que mejoren la disponibilidad, productividad y sostenibilidad de los equipos.

  • Jornada: Rotación según necesidades operativas del negocio.
