Resumen del Cargo

El Ingeniero de Infraestructura ICT será responsable de diseñar, implementar, administrar y brindar soporte a los servicios de infraestructura tecnológica de la organización, garantizando que estén alineados con los requerimientos del negocio. Este rol tiene como objetivo asegurar una operación estable, segura, eficiente y rentable de la infraestructura tecnológica, incluyendo hardware, software, redes y sistemas de telecomunicaciones que soportan las operaciones en todos los sitios de la compañía.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Implementar y mantener la estrategia de infraestructura tecnológica de la organización.
  • Diseñar, implementar, administrar y brindar soporte a los servicios de infraestructura de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio.
  • Proporcionar liderazgo técnico y mentoría al equipo local de TI.
  • Garantizar la operación estable, segura, eficiente y rentable de los sistemas de hardware, software, redes y telecomunicaciones.
  • Supervisar y gestionar las relaciones con proveedores y socios tecnológicos externos.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con otros miembros del departamento de TI para asegurar la alineación de las estrategias tecnológicas.
  • Desarrollar políticas, procedimientos y lineamientos para usuarios finales, administradores de sistemas y personal de gestión.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación aplicable, estándares de la industria y políticas corporativas.
  • Monitorear y optimizar continuamente el desempeño y disponibilidad de la infraestructura tecnológica.
  • Participar en proyectos de modernización tecnológica y mejora continua de los servicios de TI.

Requisitos y Calificaciones

  • Título universitario o tecnólogo en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Tecnología de la Información, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo cinco (5) años de experiencia en cargos similares dentro de la industria minera.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y gestionando personal a cargo.
  • Conocimiento de procesos ITIL; certificación ITIL será considerada una ventaja.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Capacidad para interactuar efectivamente con diferentes niveles de la organización.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Alto nivel de conocimientos informáticos y manejo de herramientas Microsoft Office.
  • Conocimiento sólido de sistemas operativos de servidores como Windows Server y Linux/Unix.
  • Experiencia en tecnologías de virtualización como VMware y Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en almacenamiento de datos y tecnologías asociadas, incluyendo SAN, NAS, DAS e iSCSI.
  • Comprensión de conceptos generales de redes y telecomunicaciones empresariales.
