Job description:

Forma parte del equipo de Ingeniería de una operación minera en Panamá. Buscamos un Ingeniero de Soporte en Protección Radiológica, TOE/POE, comprometido con la seguridad, el cumplimiento regulatorio y la excelencia operacional.

Objetivo del cargo

Apoyar técnica, operativa y administrativamente el Programa de Protección Radiológica, incluyendo actividades de vigilancia, calibración, mantenimiento, inspección, documentación y cumplimiento regulatorio.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Electrónica, Biomédica, Electromecánica, Automatización, Eléctrica o áreas relacionadas.
  • Certificación vigente como Trabajador Ocupacionalmente Expuesto, TOE/POE, emitida por el MINSA.
  • Entre 2 y 4 años de experiencia en protección radiológica, mantenimiento, instrumentación, minería o áreas relacionadas.
  • Conocimientos de electrónica, calibración, mantenimiento y diagnóstico de equipos.
  • Conocimiento de la normativa panameña de protección radiológica.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente en Panamá y experiencia conduciendo vehículos de transmisión manual.

Requisitos deseables

Capacitación adicional en monitoreo, detección de radiación, calibración o respuesta ante emergencias.

Inglés básico o intermedio.

Experiencia en control documental, logística, adquisiciones e informes técnicos.

Responsabilidades principales

Apoyar las actividades del Programa de Protección Radiológica.

Realizar monitoreos, inspecciones y pruebas de hermeticidad.

Apoyar la calibración, mantenimiento y verificación de equipos.

Gestionar registros, inventarios y documentación regulatoria.

Brindar apoyo durante auditorías e inspecciones.

Participar en capacitaciones y simulacros de emergencia.

Promover prácticas seguras y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos.

Modalidad de trabajo

Trabajo presencial en las instalaciones de la mina de Cobre Panamá, con actividades de campo y administrativas. Los horarios y turnos pueden variar según las necesidades operativas.
