The posting

Propósito General del Rol: Brindar a una persona recién graduada o por graduarse su primera experiencia laboral estructurada mediante un proyecto formativo de seis a doce meses. El pasante aplicará conocimientos académicos, desarrollará capacidades profesionales y entregará resultados definidos con acompañamiento de un supervisor. La asignación no reemplaza una plaza de trabajo existente.

Resultados esperados y Responsabilidades:

• Entregables completos y trazables, aprendizaje demostrado, comportamiento seguro y una recomendación de cierre validada por el supervisor.

• Acordar con el supervisor un plan de aprendizaje, objetivos, entregables y criterios de éxito para la pasantía.

• Completar las inducciones requeridas de seguridad, ambiente, conducta, confidencialidad y uso responsable de la información.

• Ejecutar un proyecto o conjunto de entregables relacionados con su disciplina, dentro del alcance y los controles definidos por el departamento.

• Participar en reuniones de trabajo, registrar acuerdos y comunicar avances, riesgos y necesidades de apoyo oportunamente.

• Colaborar con usuarios y especialistas de otras áreas para comprender el proceso y validar las soluciones propuestas.

• Proponer mejoras realistas que consideren seguridad, ambiente, costo, calidad, continuidad y experiencia del usuario interno.

• Solicitar revisión antes de ejecutar actividades críticas, divulgar información, modificar registros oficiales o utilizar resultados en decisiones del negocio.

• Presentar al cierre los resultados, aprendizajes, recomendaciones y próximos pasos del proyecto asignado.

Cualificaciones, conocimientos y experiencia: Formación académica elegible

• Administración, cadena de suministro y logística: Administración de Empresas, Logística y Transporte Multimodal, Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro, Compras, Comercio o Negocios Internacionales e Ingeniería Industrial.

• Tecnología, datos y telecomunicaciones: Ingeniería de Sistemas Computacionales, Sistemas de Información, Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología de la Información, Desarrollo de Software, Redes, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Ciencia de Datos o disciplinas afines.

• Finanzas y control: Contabilidad, Finanzas, Banca, Economía, Auditoría, Administración Financiera o disciplinas afines.

• Legal y cumplimiento: Derecho y Ciencias Políticas, Derecho, Cumplimiento o disciplinas afines.

• Ingeniería, mantenimiento y automatización: Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Automatización y Control, Energía, Ingeniería Industrial u otras ingenierías relacionadas.

• Personas, seguridad y salud: Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, Higiene y Seguridad Industrial, Prevención de Riesgos o disciplinas afines.

• Comunicación y asuntos corporativos: Relaciones Públicas, Comunicación Social, Mercadeo, Publicidad, Diseño Gráfico, Relaciones Internacionales, Administración Turística y Hotelera Bilingüe o disciplinas afines.

• Asuntos comunitarios y ambiente: Trabajo Social, Sociología, Desarrollo Comunitario, Gestión Ambiental, Ingeniería Ambiental, Saneamiento y Ambiente, Biología, Geografía, Recursos Naturales o disciplinas afines.

Requisitos generales

• Persona recién graduada o estudiante que se encuentre cursando el último año de universidad o institución de educación superior en una carrera relacionada con la asignación.

• No se requiere experiencia laboral previa. Se valoran proyectos académicos, voluntariado, práctica profesional, investigación o participación estudiantil.

• Manejo funcional de herramientas de oficina y disposición para aprender los sistemas utilizados por el área. Inglés y análisis de datos serán valorados según la asignación.

• Disponibilidad para completar entre seis meses a un año y para cumplir las condiciones de acceso al sitio o a las oficinas asignadas.
