Resumen del Cargo

El Supervisor de Administración de Contratos será responsable de gestionar las relaciones con proveedores en las áreas de compras (procurement) y administración de contratos. Este rol requiere una estrecha colaboración con las áreas internas de la organización para comprender las necesidades del negocio e identificar oportunidades de mejora. El candidato ideal deberá poseer sólidas habilidades de comunicación, capacidad para construir relaciones efectivas con las partes interesadas y una fuerte orientación a la solución de problemas.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para optimizar los procesos y procedimientos de compras y administración contractual.
  • Gestionar las relaciones con proveedores, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos corporativos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de ahorro y eficiencias mediante mejores prácticas de abastecimiento y contratación.
  • Negociar contratos, acuerdos comerciales y términos de servicio con proveedores y contratistas.
  • Brindar orientación y soporte a usuarios internos en temas relacionados con compras y administración de contratos.
  • Mantener registros precisos y generar reportes relacionados con actividades de compras, contratos y proveedores.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las leyes, regulaciones y políticas aplicables a los procesos de adquisición y contratación.
  • Supervisar el desempeño de proveedores y asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos contractuales.
  • Coordinar con áreas internas para asegurar una gestión eficiente de contratos y abastecimiento.

Requisitos y Calificaciones

  • Título profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios Internacionales, Derecho o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo tres (3) años de experiencia en gestión de compras, abastecimiento, administración de contratos o áreas relacionadas.
  • Conocimiento sólido de los principios de procurement, abastecimiento estratégico y gestión contractual.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y relacionamiento interpersonal.
  • Capacidad para analizar información, evaluar riesgos y tomar decisiones fundamentadas.
  • Dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
  • Experiencia en sistemas de gestión de compras y contratos (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa u otros ERP similares).
  • Conocimiento de la legislación y normativas aplicables a procesos de contratación y adquisición de bienes y servicios.
