Resumen del Cargo

El Especialista de Aplicaciones será responsable de diseñar, implementar, administrar y brindar soporte a los servicios de infraestructura tecnológica de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio. Este rol garantiza la operación estable, segura, eficiente y rentable de la infraestructura de hardware, software, redes y telecomunicaciones, apoyando la continuidad operativa en todos los sitios de la organización.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Implementar y mantener la estrategia de infraestructura tecnológica de la organización.
  • Diseñar, implementar, administrar y brindar soporte a los servicios de infraestructura en alineación con los requerimientos del negocio.
  • Proporcionar liderazgo técnico y mentoría al equipo local de TI.
  • Garantizar la operación estable, segura, eficiente y rentable de los sistemas de hardware, software, redes y telecomunicaciones.
  • Administrar la relación con proveedores externos y prestadores de servicios tecnológicos.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros miembros del departamento de Tecnología de la Información para asegurar la alineación de las estrategias de TI.
  • Desarrollar políticas, procedimientos y lineamientos dirigidos a usuarios finales, administradores de sistemas y personal de gestión.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación aplicable, estándares de la industria y políticas corporativas.
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora de infraestructura tecnológica, continuidad del negocio y seguridad informática.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento de los sistemas y proponer mejoras continuas para optimizar los servicios tecnológicos.

Requisitos y Calificaciones

  • Título profesional o tecnólogo en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Tecnología de la Información o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo cinco (5) años de experiencia desempeñando cargos similares, preferiblemente en entornos industriales o mineros.
  • Experiencia en liderazgo y supervisión de equipos técnicos.
  • Conocimiento de procesos ITIL; certificaciones relacionadas serán consideradas una ventaja.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse efectivamente con diferentes niveles de la organización.
  • Sólidas habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar tanto de manera independiente como en equipo.
  • Alto nivel de manejo de herramientas informáticas, incluyendo Microsoft Office y conceptos generales de redes.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas operativos de servidores, como Windows Server, Linux y Unix.
  • Experiencia con tecnologías de virtualización, incluyendo VMware y Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Conocimiento sólido de tecnologías y arquitecturas de almacenamiento de datos, como SAN, NAS, DAS e iSCSI.
  • Experiencia en administración de redes, seguridad informática y servicios de telecomunicaciones será altamente valorada.
