Job description:

Propósito

Únete a nuestro equipo como Ingeniero de Proyectos de Infraestructura Industrial y Energía. En esta posición, serás responsable de liderar la planificación, ejecución y supervisión de proyectos de infraestructura crítica, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, alcance, presupuesto y cronograma. Tendrás la oportunidad de coordinar múltiples disciplinas de ingeniería, gestionar contratistas y proveedores, y contribuir a la entrega exitosa de proyectos que soportan la continuidad y crecimiento de las operaciones.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Liderar la ejecución de proyectos de infraestructura industrial, eléctrica y electromecánica, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y desempeño.
  • Desarrollar, administrar y monitorear cronogramas, presupuestos y planes de ejecución para asegurar la entrega exitosa de los proyectos.
  • Coordinar actividades de ingeniería, construcción, comisionamiento y puesta en marcha con equipos internos y contratistas externos.
  • Supervisar contratistas, consultores y proveedores para garantizar el cumplimiento de los alcances técnicos, cronogramas y requisitos contractuales.
  • Gestionar riesgos, cambios de alcance y desafíos técnicos que puedan impactar la ejecución de los proyectos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas, estándares técnicos y requisitos regulatorios aplicables.
  • Preparar reportes de avance, indicadores de desempeño y documentación técnica requerida para la gestión de los proyectos.
  • Colaborar con las áreas operativas para identificar necesidades de infraestructura y desarrollar soluciones alineadas con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Promover iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a optimizar costos, eficiencia operativa y confiabilidad de los activos.

Calificaciones

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Mecánica, Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos de infraestructura, construcción industrial, energía o entornos operativos de alta complejidad.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos multidisciplinarios desde la etapa conceptual hasta su puesta en operación.
  • Conocimiento de gestión de proyectos, incluyendo control de costos, programación, administración de contratistas y gestión de riesgos.
  • Experiencia coordinando equipos técnicos, contratistas y múltiples áreas de negocio.
  • Capacidad para interpretar planos, especificaciones técnicas, documentos de ingeniería y alcances de construcción.
  • Habilidades analíticas, organizativas y de comunicación para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.

Deseables

  • Experiencia en proyectos de sistemas eléctricos de potencia, subestaciones, distribución eléctrica o infraestructura energética.
  • Certificación PMP o formación especializada en gestión de proyectos.
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 u otras herramientas de planificación.
  • Experiencia administrando presupuestos de capital (CAPEX).
  • Conocimiento de procesos de comisionamiento y puesta en marcha de activos industriales.
  • Experiencia utilizando sistemas ERP, preferiblemente Oracle o SAP.
  • Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
