Job Overview

London Borough of Hackney is seeking an experienced Capital Project Manager to lead multi-million-pound capital works projects from inception through to post-completion.

The role will involve project commissioning, scope development, technical reviews, contract administration, site management, budget control, risk management, resident consultation, procurement and governance.

This is a senior capital works / construction project management role.

Candidates must have experience managing construction or capital projects from inception to completion.

Contract administration, budget management, CDM, building regulations, procurement and multidisciplinary team leadership experience are essential.
