Job Overview

Swindon Borough Council is seeking an experienced HR Workforce Transformation professional to support the HR & OD service.

The role will provide professional, focused and pragmatic HR consultancy to Directors, Senior Management Teams and line managers, supporting complex people matters, organisational performance, HR policy, employment law and workforce transformation activity.

This is a senior HR / workforce transformation role.

Candidates should have strong HR consultancy, employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning, senior stakeholder and employment law experience.

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is required.
