The successful candidate will provide specialist tenancy advice, early intervention and casework support to residents, particularly those at risk of unlawful eviction, harassment, poor landlord practice or homelessness.

This is a frontline housing advice role suited to someone with strong tenancy law knowledge, casework experience and the ability to work with residents in a trauma-informed, empathetic and legally accurate way.

  • Maintain accurate case records and evidence
  • Work in a prevention-first and resident-centred way
  • Apply trauma-informed practice when supporting residents
  • Liaise with Housing, Legal Services and enforcement colleagues
  • Work with partner agencies including Adult Social Care, Children's Social Care, Health, Community Safety and voluntary sector partners
  • Contribute to a coordinated response to tenancy issues and wider vulnerabilities
  • Support the development of a high-quality tenancy rights, advice and enforcement service

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Knowledge of tenancy law
  • Knowledge of the Renters' Rights Act and related housing legislation
  • Experience managing casework in a frontline advice, support or enforcement setting
  • Experience supporting tenants or residents with housing issues
  • Ability to identify tenancy risks, unlawful eviction concerns or poor landlord practice

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
