Deine Aufgaben:

  • Zielorientierte Beratung und Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden im Bereich Tief-, Straßen-, Garten- und Landschaftsbau sowie Erd- und Bahnbau
  • Ausbau und Pflege von Geschäftsbeziehungen, insbesondere zu Schlüsselkunden
  • Kundenberatung, Verkauf sowie serviceorientierte Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen, Anfragen und Reklamationen
  • Erstellung, Nachverfolgung und ertragsorientierte Kalkulation von Angeboten inkl. Auftragsabwicklung und Warenbeschaffung
  • Marktbeobachtung und -analyse im Vertriebsgebiet
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe und -zeit als FKR-Markenbotschafter vor Ort
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Baustoffhandel, Baugewerbe oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von Tiefbauprodukten, vorzugsweise im Projekt- oder Objektgeschäft
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Tiefbau, insbesondere im Kanal-, Straßen- und Erdbau
  • Freude am Vertrieb sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Teamgeist sowie eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst und den Fachbereichen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B sowie regionale Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
