De mooiste manier om Amsterdam te bewonderen is natuurlijk vanaf het water. Zoek jij de leukste horecabaan van de stad? Als host bij Flagship Amsterdam ben jij het visitekaartje van ons bedrijf. We zijn specifiek op zoek naar Franstalige hosts, om een onvergetelijke rondvaart voor onze Franse gasten te garanderen.

Tijdens de boottocht schenk je hun een drankje in en genieten zij van het prachtige uitzicht over de Amsterdamse grachten. Samen met de schipper vertel je interessante verhalen over de stad. Je zorgt voor een ontspannen sfeer en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor service en gezelligheid aan boord.

Praktisch

  • Locatie: Amsterdam Centrum (Opstapplekken in het hart van de stad).
  • Beschikbaarheid: Je werkt voornamelijk doordeweeks.
  • Soort dienstverband: Flexibele baan / Studentenwerk / Oproepbasis.
  • Startdatum: Zo snel mogelijk.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je ontvangt gasten met een glimlach aan boord;
  • Je vermaakt gasten met verhalen over Amsterdam in het Frans (geen zorgen, wij leren je alles wat je moet weten);
  • Je voorziet gasten van drankjes en weet op een natuurlijke, gastvrije manier upgrades of extra services onder de aandacht te brengen (upselling);
  • Je verwerkt de betalingen aan het einde van de tour netjes en correct.

Functievereisten

  • Je bent beschikbaar doordeweeks;
  • Je bent bereid om in de avond en tijdens de kerstvakantie te werken;
  • Je bent gastvrij, extravert en hebt een vlotte babbel;
  • Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Franse en Engelse taal;
  • Je hebt commercieel inzicht en weet op een natuurlijke manier te upsellen terwijl je de sfeer bewaakt;
  • Ervaring in de horeca is een pre;
  • Je bent 18 jaar of ouder.
