Wat ga je doen?

Als Operations & Customer Service Stagiair(e) ondersteun je Flagship Events bij de dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze rondvaarten, evenementen en andere activiteiten achter de schermen goed georganiseerd zijn en dat klanten van aanvraag tot afronding goed geholpen worden. Je houdt je bezig met planningen, boekingen, klantvragen en de coördinatie van verschillende activiteiten. Ook ondersteun je bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van evenementen. Je leert hoe je overzicht houdt, snel schakelt en ervoor zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt.

Wat ga je leren?

  • Boekingen, wijzigingen en groepsaanvragen verwerken;
  • Klachten en onverwachte situaties op een klantgerichte manier oplossen;
  • Ondersteunen bij de coördinatie van rondvaarten en evenementen;
  • Reviews verzamelen en verwerken;
  • Meewerken aan de nacalculatie en evaluatie van evenementen;

Praktisch

Startdatum: Februari 2027, of eerder in overleg;

Duur: minimaal 5 maanden;

Type stage: meewerkstage;

Stagevergoeding: € 350 per maand;

Locatie: kantoor in hartje Amsterdam en verschillende evenementenlocaties.

Functievereisten

  • Een opleiding in de richting van Hotelmanagement, Leisure & Events Management of Tourism Management;
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt ervan om dingen goed te regelen;
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief vaardig;
  • Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden;
  • Je beheerst de Engelse taal.
