Wat ga je doen?

Als Sales & Hospitality Management Stagiair(e) werk je dagelijks mee aan het organiseren van privévaarten en groepsarrangementen op onze sloepen en salonboten in Amsterdam. Denk hierbij aan bedrijfsuitjes, verjaardagen, vrijgezellenfeesten, borrels en zelfs bruiloften op het water. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze events van begin tot eind goed geregeld zijn, van het eerste klantcontact tot de volledige uitvoering op de dag zelf. Tijdens je stage krijg je de kans om veel te leren over sales, hospitality en eventmanagement in de praktijk.

Wat ga je leren?

  • Coördineren van privévaarten en groepsboekingen van A tot Z;
  • Meedenken en schakelen over verschillende soorten events zoals bedrijfsuitjes, bruiloften, borrels en groepsuitjes;
  • Opstellen van offertes en ondersteunen bij facturatie richting klanten;
  • Contact behouden met meerdere leveranciers;
  • Inkomende telefoontjes van klanten beantwoorden en een positieve & professionele klantervaring waarborgen;
  • Informatie verstrekken over onze producten;
  • Verzamelen van feedback na afloop van events om de gastbeleving te verbeteren. Dit kan worden gedaan via enquêtes, telefoongesprekken of andere communicatiemiddelen.

Praktisch

  • Startdatum: februari 2027;
  • Duur: minimaal 5 maanden;
  • Type stage: meewerkstage;
  • Stagevergoeding: €500 per maand;
  • Locatie: kantoor in hartje Amsterdam.

Functievereisten

  • Je volgt een mbo-opleiding (of hoger) op het gebied van Sales, Hospitality Management of een ander relevant vakgebied;
  • Woonachtig in Amsterdam of omgeving;
  • Sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden met een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en Engelse taal;
  • Vermogen om initiatief te tonen en deadlines te halen.
