About the role 💼

As our Onboarding & Customer Support Intern, you'll own the onboarding and day-to-day support of Flanks' strategic clients, working within our Tech team and reporting to the CISO. You'll sit at the intersection of client needs and our engineering roadmap — gathering requirements, tracking delivery timelines, and making sure new developments land smoothly for the people who depend on them. It's a client-facing, high-visibility role for someone who wants hands-on exposure to both the technical and relationship side of a fast-growing fintech.

What you'll do 🛠️

Here's what you can expect to work on:

  • Gather client requirements for new features and integrations, and translate them into clear specs for the team
  • Own and manage the timeline of new developments, keeping stakeholders aligned on progress
  • Be the first point of contact for client issues, triaging and resolving them or escalating when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to keep implementations on track

What we'd love to see 😍

  • Some exposure to financial markets or the wealth management space
  • Strong client-facing skills — comfortable communicating with external stakeholders
  • A structured, organized approach to juggling multiple requests and deadlines
  • A problem-solving mindset and the drive to figure things out independently
  • SQL or database skills are a plus
  • Language Proficiency: This position requires a fluent level of Spanish, English is a plus
