Main responsibilities

  • Opening doors. Proactively identifying and engaging new clients across the UK.
  • Making things happen. Picking up the phone, starting conversations and securing meetings with technology and business leaders.
  • Building relationships. Developing genuine connections with decision-makers and staying close to opportunities.
  • Owning your pipeline. Finding leads, qualifying opportunities, following up and progressing deals.
  • Selling solutions. Understanding a client's technology challenges and connecting them with the right expertise.
  • Winning business. Taking opportunities from first conversation through to commercial agreement, with support from our leadership team.
  • Helping build something. Bringing ideas, energy and commercial insight as we grow our UK consulting practice.

Requirements

  • Loves sales and genuinely enjoys winning new business.
  • Isn't afraid of the phone or approaching senior decision-makers.
  • Has the confidence to turn a cold introduction into a meaningful conversation.
  • Follows up consistently and doesn't let good opportunities disappear.
