This role is responsible for site-level execution, coordination, and risk management of Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment from purchase order through commissioning and startup. The position serves as the primary onsite liaison between procurement, engineering, contractors, OEMs, and commissioning teams.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Own onsite execution of Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment from post-purchase order through commissioning.
  • Serve as the single onsite point of accountability for equipment delivery, installation readiness, and startup.
  • Integrate OEM manufacturing and delivery schedules with construction and commissioning timelines.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, engineering, commissioning teams, and OEM field technicians.
  • Track equipment production, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), delivery, installation, and commissioning.
  • Ensure site readiness for equipment receipt, staging, cranes, and installation sequencing.
  • Identify schedule, logistics, and execution risks early and drive resolution plans.
  • Escalate delivery issues, quality concerns, and field execution gaps with clear documentation.
  • Support milestone verification, payment approvals, and site commercial risk identification.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, risk logs, and communication with procurement leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years in procurement execution, supply chain management, or construction delivery within mission-critical or large-scale infrastructure environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical construction programs.
  • Strong understanding of the OFCI equipment lifecycle.
  • Experience managing OEM relationships under demanding schedules.
  • Ability to work 100% onsite in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve site-level execution issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within hyperscale environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP and source-to-pay systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, NetSuite).
  • Knowledge of commissioning processes (Levels 0–6).
  • Experience with UPS, switchgear, generators, transformers, busway, and cooling systems.
  • Experience working within an OFCI procurement model.
  • Proficiency with Procore.

What Success Looks Like

  • Zero equipment delivery surprises impacting commissioning.
  • Early identification and mitigation of schedule risks.
  • Strong alignment between centralized procurement and field execution.
  • OEM technicians mobilized on time with documentation complete.
  • Clear, proactive communication across site and procurement teams.

Travel & Schedule

  • 100% onsite in Reno, Nevada (Peru Ridge or South Valley).
  • Extended availability during commissioning, energization, and startup periods.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected salary: $175,000–$200,000 plus discretionary bonus.
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) program.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
