Wir suchen dich als Account Executive in München. Bei uns verkaufst du ein Produkt mit starkem Product-Market-Fit und arbeitest mit in-house gebauten KI-Automatisierungen, die dir zeigen, wo sich dein nächster Schritt am meisten lohnt.

Du berichtest direkt an unseren Founder & CEO, gewinnst Neukunden und begleitest sie durch den gesamten Sales-Cycle. Als Teil unseres kleinen Sales-Teams treibst du unser Wachstum entscheidend voran und gestaltest das Zukunftsthema Mobility mit uns!

Deine Challenge

Ab Tag 1:

  • Du trackst alle Aktivitäten in unserem CRM (Pipedrive) und optimierst deine Arbeitsweise auf Basis klarer KPIs
  • Du setzt dich intensiv mit unseren Produkten auseinander und erkennst schnell, welchen Mehrwert sie für verschiedene Zielgruppen bieten

Innerhalb von 3 Monaten glänzt du:

  • Du baust eine qualitative Pipeline auf und ergänzt sie – wenn nötig – durch gezielten Cold-Outreach
  • Du entwickelst ein fundiertes Verständnis unserer Produktpalette und überzeugst sowohl Neu- als auch Bestandskunden

Nach 6 Monaten bist du eine feste Größe im Team, weil du:

  • Eine verlässlich funktionierende Pipeline pflegst und den Markt in- und auswendig kennst
  • Durch deine Sales-Performance regelmäßig Umsatz generierst
  • Einzelne Produktfunktionen tief verstanden hast und ihren Nutzen zielgruppenspezifisch vermitteln kannst

Damit verstärkst du das Team:

  • +2 Jahre Erfahrung als Account Executive (oder in vergleichbarer Rolle) im B2B SaaS Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem vollständigen Sales-Cycle – von individuellem Outreach über Prospecting bis Closing und Übergabe an das CSM Team
  • Vertraut mit High-Velocity Sales und kurzen Sales-Zyklen (~1 Monat)
  • Starke Outbound-Skills und effiziente Nutzung von Inbound-Leads
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und saubere CRM-Dokumentation (z. B. Pipedrive)
  • Klare Priorisierung nach Deal-Potenzial und Fokus auf Ergebnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Technikaffinität und Spaß beim Einsatz von AI-Tools
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gutes Englisch
