## Role Summary We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Typist to support our administrative and data management efforts. You will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems, ensuring data integrity and timely processing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in precision.

## Key Responsibilities - Enter and update member and client information into the company’s databases with high accuracy - Verify data accuracy by cross-checking source documents and system records - Maintain data integrity by identifying and correcting errors, and flagging inconsistencies for review - Process routine data-related tasks such as form submissions, invoicing details, and membership changes - Organize and file electronic records for easy retrieval and audit readiness - Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data workflows - Produce basic reports or exports as needed to support operational needs

## Qualifications - Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Fast and steady typing speed with minimal errors - Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with database or CRM systems - Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain data confidentiality - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset - Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is a plus

## Work Environment - Located within a fast-paced, member-facing fitness environment with collaborative teams - Part of a supportive administrative department focused on accuracy and efficiency - Flexible, uptime-focused workload with predictable daily tasks

## Schedule and Compensation - Competitive hourly rate with opportunities for growth - Regular daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional peak periods - Paid time off and benefits eligible depending on tenure and role
