## Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Records Clerk to manage and organize member and business records with accuracy and efficiency. You will support operational workflows by maintaining up-to-date documentation, ensuring compliance, and providing reliable recordkeeping services across departments. This role is ideal for someone who values precision, confidentiality, and steady, methodical work.

## Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate, organized records for members, staff, and programs in accordance with company policies - Retrieve, file, update, and archive physical and digital records with speed and precision - Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and reconciliations - Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism - Support administrative tasks such as scanning, indexing, and document control - Collaborate with departments to fulfill records requests and respond to inquiries - Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes by maintaining appropriate documentation - Identify opportunities to streamline records workflows and improve filing systems

## Qualifications - Proven experience in records management, admin support, or a related role - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Proficiency with document management systems, spreadsheets, and basic database tools - Familiarity with archiving standards and data retention policies - Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with a team - High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certifications a plus

## Work Environment - Office-based role within a collaborative, member-centric fitness environment - Primarily standard business hours with occasional flexibility as needed - Focus on accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement in a supportive team setting

## Schedule and Compensation - Competitive hourly rate - Regular daytime hours with potential for occasional weekend coverage if needed - Benefits eligibility and paid time off in line with tenure and role
