Als CNC-draaier/frezer werk je in een bedrijf dat kranen op vrachtwagens bouwt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vervaardigen van precisieonderdelen met behulp van CNC-machines. Je taken omvatten: - Het instellen en bedienen van CNC-draai- en freesmachines. - Het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en specificaties. - Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de geproduceerde onderdelen om nauwkeurigheid te waarborgen. - Het onderhouden en afstellen van de machines voor optimale prestaties. - Het samenwerken met collega's om productieprocessen te verbeteren. In deze rol draag je bij aan het creëren van hoogwaardige producten die voldoen aan de strenge eisen van de sector. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar precisie en teamwork centraal staan. Je hebt de juiste vaardigheden en competenties nodig om als CNC-draaier/frezer in Lummen aan de slag te gaan bij een bedrijf dat zich richt op de bouw van kranen op vrachtwagens. Hier zijn de vereisten waar je aan moet voldoen:- Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd in de richting van metaalbewerking of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.- Ervaring met CNC-draaien en frezen is een must.- Je bent vertrouwd met het lezen van technische tekeningen en werkplannen.- Kennis van programmering van CNC-machines is een pluspunt.- Je hebt oog voor detail en streeft naar precisie in je werk.- Een proactieve houding en goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn essentieel voor samenwerking binnen het team.Met deze eigenschappen ben jij de ideale kandidaat voor deze uitdagende job als CNC-draaier/frezer.
