Dan ben jij misschien wel de verantwoordelijke die wij zoeken voor onze afdeling betonnen putten! Voor onze klant, een familiaal bouwbedrijf, gespecialiseerd in productie van betonnen putten, waterputten,.... in regio Ham zijn we op zoek naar een productieverantwoordelijke. Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Leidinggeven: Je motiveert, begeleidt en ondersteunt een klein team om kwalitatieve en tijdige productie te garanderen.
  • Meewerken: Je helpt actief mee aan het productieproces, inclusief het ontkisten en afwerken van producten.
  • Kwaliteit waarborgen: Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en implementeert verbeteringen waar nodig.
  • Technische handelingen: Aftekenen en boren van gaten, het inbouwen van pompen en andere toebehoren.
  • Onderhoud: Je voert onderhouds- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uit aan de machines en toestellen.
  • Planning & logistiek: Je hebt ervaring in het organiseren van een efficiënte workflow, want je zal instaan voor de coördinatie van de dagelijkse productieplanning en erop toezien dat de productiequota gehaald wordt..
  • Veiligheid: Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en motiveert je team hetzelfde te doen.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je speelt in op onverwachte situaties en neemt je team hierin mee.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of een master opleiding in een technische richting of voldoende relevante ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Ervaring als leidinggevende binnen productie of bouw (bijvoorbeeld ploegbaas of voorman).
  • Sterke people management skills: je weet hoe je een team motiveert en ondersteunt.
  • Technisch inzicht en handigheid met machines.
  • Je kunt technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Attesten voor rolbrug en heftruck zijn een groot pluspunt.
