Als productieverantwoordelijke ben je de spilfiguur op de werkvloer. Je bestuurt de productieafdeling aan en zorgt ervoor dat alle processen vlot, veilig en efficiënt verlopen, zodat een kwalitatieve hoogstaande macht tijdig wordt geleverd. Je motiveert en inspireert je team om elke dag het beste uit jezelf te halen.

Takenpakket:

  • Je coördineert en motiveert het productieteam (operators, inpakmedewerkers) en waakt over een positieve werksfeer.
  • Je plant medewerkers in en voert functioneringsgesprekken.
  • Je vertaalt de productieplanning naar concrete dagelijkse opdrachten.
  • Je zorgt voor een optimale productieflow en maximaal de KPI's (rendement, uitval, timing).
  • Je ziet strikt toe op de vervanging van HACCP-, IFS- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je waakt over orde, netheid en hygiëne op de werkvloer.
  • Je analyseert rendementen, detecteert knelpunten en stelt schokken voor (continu verbeteren/Lean).
  • Je bent eerste contactpersoon bij storingen en werkt nauw samen met de technische dienst voor onderhoud en herstellingen.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Plant Manager.

Profiel

Profiel

  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van HACCP, voedselveiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager, analytisch, hands-on en stressbestendig.
  • Je druk je vlot uit in het Nederlands, basis Frans volstaat.
