Nosso estimado cliente está à procura de um Analista de Dados altamente qualificado para ajudar na coleta, análise e interpretação de dados estratégicos. O profissional será responsável por transformar grandes volumes de dados em insights acionáveis, apoiando a tomada de decisões e otimizando processos de negócio.

Responsabilidades

  • Coletar, processar e analisar grandes volumes de dados de diferentes fontes.
  • Desenvolver dashboards e relatórios para monitoramento de métricas de desempenho.
  • Criar e manter modelos estatísticos e preditivos para suporte à estratégia empresarial.
  • Identificar tendências e padrões nos dados para otimizar processos internos.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com diferentes departamentos para atender às necessidades analíticas da empresa.
  • Garantir a qualidade, integridade e segurança dos dados armazenados.
  • Implementar técnicas de Business Intelligence (BI) e visualização de dados.
  • Automatizar processos de análise de dados para aumentar a eficiência operacional.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Matemática, Economia ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência entre 2 e 5 anos em análise de dados.
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Experiência com SQL e bancos de dados relacionais (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
  • Conhecimento em linguagens de programação para análise de dados (Python, R).
  • Familiaridade com Big Data e processamento de dados em nuvem (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Experiência com modelagem estatística, machine learning e análise preditiva é um diferencial.
  • Capacidade de comunicar insights técnicos de forma clara para diferentes stakeholders.
  • Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e solucionar problemas de forma analítica.
