The posting

Notre estimable client, basé à Lisbonne, recherche un(e) Conseiller(ère) à la Clientèle Francophone pour offrir un service de qualité, répondre aux demandes et garantir une expérience optimale aux clients. Ce poste implique des interactions directes avec les clients afin de fournir des solutions efficaces et renforcer leur relation avec lentreprise.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer un service client par téléphone, e-mail, chat et autres canaux numériques.
  • Identifier et résoudre les problèmes des clients tout en garantissant leur satisfaction et leur fidélisation.
  • Fournir des informations claires sur les produits, services et politiques de lentreprise.
  • Enregistrer et mettre à jour les interactions clients dans le CRM (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (ventes, support technique, opérations) pour résoudre rapidement les demandes.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (NPS, CSAT, temps de réponse) et proposer des améliorations.
  • Participer à loptimisation des processus pour améliorer lexpérience client.

Profil Recherché

  • Expérience de 2 à 5 ans en service client, support ou relation client.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français à lécrit et à loral.
  • Solides compétences en communication, empathie et résolution de problèmes.
  • Expérience avec les outils CRM et les plateformes de gestion du service client.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément avec rigueur et efficacité.
  • Esprit déquipe, proactivité et souci du service client.
  • La maîtrise de langlais est un atout.
