主导生产过程中PCBA/线束电子硬件相关的DFM，对生产相关问题进行收集分析、跟踪总结，持续提升硬件设计可靠性、生产效率、制造良率。

职责描述： 1、负责试产跟线，发现问题并提出对应的处理建议，推进问题责任方改进，追踪问题直至关闭； 2、负责处理一线生产现场的部分高优先级问题，现场快速方案制定与验证，保证产线正常生产； 3、参与硬件的设计评审，把控产品的可制造性以及评估产品量产的可行性； 4、对接多个部门并深度合作，如硬件结构、软固件、工艺NPI、采购品质、生产售后等，持续提升电子硬件设计竞争力及生产良率； 5、对接售后品质问题，组织生产、研发、测试及质量等相关部门对异常问题的分析，快速给出可行的优化建议，并给出风险点、风险程度的评估； 6、因工作场景偏向现场较多，会有约50%时间需要出差，出差地佛山或者中山

1、本科及以上学历，电子、机械、自动化、通信等相关专业； 2、具备5年以上的制造工艺相关经验，机械与电子背景经验兼而有之为佳； 3、对于跨团队的疑难问题，需要积极主动推进问题改进，需要能够明晰阻塞点，并能排除困难把问题往下顺利推进； 4、熟悉工业机械臂、关节的生产组装，了解电子硬件在总装过程中常见问题，理解常见的ABA验证逻辑，对现场异常处理有丰富的经验； 5、有较强的语言沟通能力，表达有条理，有较好的逻辑思维和钻研学习能力； 6、对细节敏感，具备高效的现场问题发现、处理能力；
